Co-lead sanitation, room prep, mother plant care, cloning, inventory.
Ensure plant quality and adherence to grow plan; monitor environment and pests.
Monitor lighting, HVAC, CO2, irrigation and air flow for optimal growth.

🎯 Requirements

1 year experience in cannabis, agriculture, or landscaping.
High school diploma or GED.
Effective communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn and improve.
Understand basic weight/measurement concepts and able to operate scales.
