📋 Description

• Lead cultivation team in daily tasks monitoring plant health.
• Oversee greenhouse quality control to meet product standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and efficiency of the production area.
• Manage cultivation staff, schedules, processes, and inventory.
• Delegate tasks to garden staff; maintain a compliant, clean facility.
• Coordinate with team to maintain production quality and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years in general production, preferably regulated fields.
• Experience training, leading or mentoring junior staff.
• Advanced knowledge of cultivation and facility operations.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and POS systems.
• Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions.
