Lead Cultivation Agent

📋 Description

• Manage cultivation staff, schedules, processes, and inventory.
• Mentor cultivation staff on policies, procedures, and regulatory changes.
• Respond to gardener questions and resolve conflicts.
• Delegate tasks to gardeners and harvest technicians for compliance.
• Coordinate with Garden Manager to communicate with staff.
• Oversee cultivation tasks and documentation per state and Cresco standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience training, leading, mentoring junior staff.
• Experience overseeing a large-scale cultivation facility.
• Two years' experience in a production facility or regulated field.
• Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and facility operations.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law.
