Lead Cultivation Agent

📋 Description

• Leads cultivation agents in pruning, cleaning, harvesting, sanitation.
• Leads cultivation tasks; ensures state-standard compliance.
• Acts as role model; trains staff on policies, procedures, and regs.
• Coordinates with Garden Supervisor to inform staff.
• Maintains plant health; pruning/topping/trimming per SOPs.
• Inputs waste in METRC to maintain garden compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience training, leading, or mentoring junior staff.
• Experience overseeing a large-scale agriculture facility.
• Two years’ production facility experience, regulated field preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and facility operations.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and multi-tasking.
