- Draft and negotiate IP provisions in commercial agreements.
- Provide counsel on machine learning, robotics, and other technical areas with engineering teams.
- Develop and deliver IP and data licensing training to scale compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years IP law experience at top firm or in-house.
- JD and active U.S. state bar (CA preferred).
- Product counseling experience in high-growth tech a plus.
- Strategic thinking with business and legal risk focus.
- Ability to calibrate risk and communicate clearly to executives.
- Collaborative, low-ego, cross-functional partner.
