🎯 Requirements
- J.D. degree and active U.S. state bar admission.
- 7+ years of banking law, corporate governance, or financial services.
- Working knowledge of OCC regs, National Bank Act, BHC Act, Reg W.
- Experience advising on corporate governance for banks and affiliates.
- Experience supporting OCC examinations or regulatory engagement.
- Experience with CAMELS ratings and Federal Reserve reporting.
