• Manage registrations and compliance for public sector customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in government contracting for SaaS and tech.
• Translate procurement rules into workable SaaS contracting models.
• Deep knowledge of federal and state contracting requirements.
• Independently negotiate complex SaaS agreements and related docs (BAAs, privacy).
• Cross-functional collaboration with technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
• JD with US bar; active US security clearance or willingness to obtain one.
