Lead Corporate Actions Analyst

📋 Description

• Corporate Action Processing: Monitor and process mergers, splits, rights issues, and more from announce to completion.
• Income Events: Oversee dividends, interest, and related payments; ensure proper withholding and tax treatment.
• Event Lifecycle Management: Manage announcements, elections, allocations, entitlements, and reconciliations.
• Client & Custodian Coordination: Communicate event details and submit elections via custodians by deadlines.
• Controls & Exception Management: Implement maker-checker controls, dashboards, KPIs, and audit-ready evidence.
• Automation & Modernization: Partner with Product and Engineering to streamline workflows and drive STP.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in brokerage/clearing/custody ops focused on corporate actions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Series 7 and 24 licenses required.
• Strong ownership and accountability in work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with FIS and XSP (Phase3) preferred.
