Program Lead IT Operations for Veeva’s R&D SaaS at client sites
Primary liaison between managed services, customer stakeholders, and 3rd parties
Oversee release management: resource planning, tracking, forecasting
Analyze requirements and features to build adoption roadmaps
Guide customers in adopting Vault and best practices post-implementation
Remote, full-time role with no fixed work location; travel may be required

🎯 Requirements

8+ years IT project management experience
Proven program mgmt track record leading implementations with technical understanding
Able to work independently and in teams in fast-moving environments
Translate business needs into creative solutions
Excellent English verbal and written communication
Project Management Certification or equivalent experience
