  • Leadership in digital transformation and contact center operations.
  • Expertise in CX, digital channels, self-service, and AI automation.
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and BI tools (Tableau/Looker).
  • Willingness to travel 25-40%.
