🎯 Requirements
- Strong experience as a BA delivering across complex digital, cloud, or transformation programmes.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including senior stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to structure problems, define requirements, and guide teams through discovery and delivery.
- Comfortable with relational database/data modelling concepts and basic SQL; APIs, data pipelines, and ETL.
- Understanding of data governance, lineage, and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience producing Power BI dashboards or similar lightweight visualisations.
