Lead Construction Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of construction engineers for SpaceX site facilities.
• Develop direct reports to enable ownership and empowered decision making.
• Coordinate with operations teams to define project requirements and timelines.
• Manage all phases of development projects and coordinate schedules with operations.
• Prepare and coordinate capital expenditure processes for site projects.
• Ensure technical specs, budget, and deadlines are met.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
• 3+ years in construction project management, construction engineering, or facility design.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to perform and manage technically complex projects with independent judgment.
• Experience with Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Navisworks; teamwork.
• Availability for extended hours; valid driver's license; tolerate odors/noise.
