- Develop staff through performance management and coaching.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years supervisory experience in residential security.
- HS diploma or GED; 2 years related exp; 18+
- Valid Security License and drivers license where required.
- English language; bilingual a plus.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
