Lead Compliance Analyst

📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end Transaction Monitoring investigations for customers that may lead to SAR filings.
• Analyze automated alerts and referrals from monitoring systems on complex cases.
• Perform due diligence and KYC reviews to assess legitimacy and mitigate risk.
• Document findings and write narratives to support investigations.
• Recommend case decisions aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Test compliance tools, rules, detection models, automation, and UI enhancements; provide actionable feedback to tech teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of crypto or tech experience with TMS/EDD investigations or regulatory matters.
• Crypto blockchain investigation or tracing experience.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Strategic and operational thinking with ability to identify risks and opportunities.
• Ability to responsibly use generative AI tools in daily workflows with human-in-the-loop.
