Develop and document an Audit Plan to validate variable pay calculations.
Review and validate accruals for commissions, bonuses, and incentive programs.
Perform YTD analysis of variable compensation, including trend vs targets.
Prepare monthly consolidated YTD compensation with reference to OTE.
Investigate fluctuations/anomalies and provide data-backed explanations.
Reconcile compensation data across systems (e.g., payroll, Salesforce, CaptivateIQ).

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5-8 years in auditing, accounting, or compensation analysis
Strong understanding of accrual accounting and internal controls
Advanced Excel skills; ERP and payroll systems preferred
Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
