- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5-8 years in auditing, accounting, or compensation analysis
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting and internal controls
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP and payroll systems preferred
- Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
