π― Requirements
- 8β10+ years in compensation or related analytics in high-growth tech.
- Deep understanding of base pay, bonuses, and equity; ranges and market benchmarks.
- Strong quantitative analysis and modeling; advanced Google Sheets/Excel.
- Experience partnering with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity; tradeoffs across market, equity, performance, and budget.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, Workday, Pave, or Compa a plus.
