6+ years of legal experience; in-house preferred; focus on product, data privacy, or tech law.
Background in technology, talent assessment platforms, or professional services.
Experience improving legal processes in a high-growth org; cross-functional partnering.
Excellent business judgment; balance risk-reward to protect interests while enabling growth.
Experience with AI governance and emerging technology legal frameworks.
