  • 7+ years of transactional practice at a law firm (tech/capital markets) or similar.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating complex B2B SaaS agreements in regulated environments.
  • Ability to serve as legal point during negotiations and work with sales leadership.
  • High bar for work product; ownership to drive matters from start to finish.
  • 10+ years in fintech/financial services, ideally in-house.
  • Cross-functional collaboration, interest in AI/data issues; mentorship mindset.
