- 8+ years of experience focused on commercial contracts in B2B SaaS.
- JD and active license to practice law.
- Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong negotiation skills; ability to create or improve templates and playbooks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
