  • Lead negotiation and drafting of customer MSAs and SOWs.
  • Draft renewals, amendments, DPAs, and vendor SaaS agreements.
  • Serve as primary legal partner for Sales, Customer Success, Security, and Procurement.
  • Mentor contracts/legal staff and improve playbooks, processes, and technology capabilities.
  • Work with outside counsel as needed and shape the operating model of the function.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience focused on commercial contracts in B2B SaaS.
  • JD and active license to practice law.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong negotiation skills; ability to create or improve templates and playbooks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
