Automate tasks and improve user experience; develop tools via automation and logic rules.
Document configurations and changes; maintain an up-to-date IT environment.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in endpoint management with Intune and Jamf Pro.
Strong Active Directory and EntraID/AzureAD IAM experience.
Proficient in PowerShell and Bash scripting.
Knowledge of network protocols, IP networking, and security principles.
Experience with Azure cloud and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS.
Strong communication skills; able to work with stakeholders and end-users.
Experience leading a team of Client Engineers; support incidents.
Certs like Microsoft Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals; Jamf Admin a plus.
