🎯 Requirements

  • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process/workflow design, testing, and change management.
  • 6+ years hands-on Salesforce or CRM experience; familiarity with sales workflows.
  • Experience identifying AI-enabled use cases in sales tech; pilot design and outcomes.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred; Advanced Admin/Developer a plus.
