- Deep domain expertise across wealth platforms and operating models
- Proven program leadership on complex, multi-year transformations
- Strong executive presence with C-suite and senior leaders
- Experience delivering change within Tier 1 financial institutions
- Consulting-led delivery model experience is a plus
