Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on critical building systems.
Conduct daily rounds and water treatment testing.
Record equipment readings and maintain maintenance logs.
Lead and coordinate daily work activities for engineering staff.
Review service tickets and ensure PM work meets standards.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
3-5 years of commercial building engineering experience.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Proficient with BAS, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
CFC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
Must reside within one hour driving distance of the property.
