Drive complex failure analysis using Fault Tree methods for manufacturing and field issues.
Integrate FMEA and predictive modeling into early-stage designs to mitigate risks.
Partner with NPI, Supply Chain, and Operations to resolve reliability issues.
Define and track reliability KPIs (MTBF, escapes, FPY) for cross-functional use.
Lead risk escalation and resolution using structured problem solving (8D).
Provide technical direction to engineers and align priorities.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in Build Reliability, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred).
Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems.
Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs end-to-end.
Six Sigma experience and data-driven problem solving.
