- Build processes from the ground up and deploy them across diverse teams.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related field).
- 7+ years in Build Reliability/Manufacturing Engineering, aerospace preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 and core tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans.
- Experience with FMEA, ALT, environmental stress screening and KPI tracking.
- Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with PLM/ERP/MES and data analysis.
