- Lead biostatistics analyses for analytical validation supporting CLIA LDT and regulatory approvals.
- Design and execute statistical analyses for validation studies (sample size, power, LoD, agreement).
- Produce high-quality analysis plans, methods, results, and interpretations.
- Convey statistical concepts to cross-functional teams and collaborators.
- Identify risks and champion solutions within interdisciplinary project teams.
- Mentor junior staff and perform other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
- Master’s in biostatistics or PhD with 5+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
- Diagnostic experience in relevant field.
- 4+ years with R (preferred), SAS, or JMP.
- Experience in regulated environments designing and executing analyses.
- Knowledge of diagnostic statistics and CLSI guidelines.
- Strong communication to non-statistical audiences; create written docs.
- Experience with NGS/oncology diagnostics; DNA methylation a plus.
