Provide direct behavior therapy to children with autism in 1:1 and group settings
Collaborate with BCBA to implement treatment plans
Document sessions, collect data, and write notes
Model and mentor staff; lead orientation and trainings
Deliver services in home, school, clinic, or community settings
Adhere to crisis procedures and safety guidelines

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of ABA experience with children/teens/adults
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience accepted
520 hours of direct therapy experience
Available Mon-Fri 8am-7pm
California Driver's license and reliable transportation
Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
HIPAA knowledge to safeguard patient information
