  • Ensure BTs meet compliance standards; coordinate with LBT trainers and CES.
  • Maintain EMR documentation and MS Office usage for reporting and communication.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year experience leading direct reports.
  • 2+ years ABA experience with children/adolescents/adults.
  • RBT/BCAT credential or obtain BCAT within 90 days.
  • Safety training within 90 days; First aid/CPR certification.
  • TB clearance; reliable insured transportation; travel 30-45 minutes.
