- Strong commercial and financial acumen; build launch-level P&Ls and margins.
- Experience with providers, clinics, or customers to inform strategy and GTM.
- Proven zero-to-one operator; organized, action-oriented, independent.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
