🎯 Requirements

5+ years of specialty coffee experience
Espresso, milk, and manual brew expertise
Strong palate and sourcing/quality perspective
Comfort in a corporate environment with senior leaders
Latte art at competition level
Experience opening or building a new coffee program; training others to high standards
