📋 Description

• Design and evolve a high-throughput notification engine to handle spikes with low latency.
• Refine architecture to meet SLAs as the user base grows.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and self-healing to catch bottlenecks early.
• Set engineering standards through code reviews, documentation, and mentorship.
• Design/maintain high-performance DB schemas and queries for millions of records.
• Build and maintain API integrations and event-driven channels across communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep production Node.js expertise with async/event-driven architecture.
• Designing multi-tenant SaaS with uptime and data integrity.
• Relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) & NoSQL (Redis/DynamoDB/MongoDB) tuning.
• Distributed systems with RabbitMQ/Kafka and DB optimization.
• Monitoring/observability for 24/7 system health.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); 8+ years experience; travel occasionally.
