Lead Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Design scalable, secure platform services for Provider Servicing.
• Lead backend services (Java/Spring Cloud) and integration platforms (Mulesoft).
• Use AI-powered tools (Copilot, Cursor) and drive AI adoption.
• Build APIs and data services to integrate with partners.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and customers to integrate with our platform.
• Advise on architecture and drive reusable cloud-native AI backend patterns.
• Lead and mentor engineers to succeed.
• Improve SLAs via automation with ops and customer advocates.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong Java & Spring Cloud backend, microservices, and integration platforms.
• Experience with AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, WindSurf.
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP preferred).
• Data architecture, SQL/PostgreSQL, data-intensive services.
• Experience building, launching, and maintaining complex systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Excellent communication across teams.
