Lead a portion of the Avionics Test team and own automated test systems for Terran R electronics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create test assets for acceptance testing.
Coach engineers in technical and non-technical best practices, fostering collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

Undergrad or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, CS, or related field.
5+ years in electronics hardware simulation, automation, and/or test.
Experience leading engineers in best practices and domain-specific principles.
Ownership of complex test system design for motor drives and HV electronics.
Experience with environmental and qualification testing (vibration, thermal, EMI/EMC).
Nice to have: Altium Designer; embedded software; Python/MATLAB; NX CAD.
