🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
5+ years in electrical hardware design, control systems, or harness design.
1+ years leading a technical engineering team.
Embedded design, device integration, V&V, or flight testing.
Altium Designer, Siemens NX, Git, Teamcenter experience.
Python for analysis and data review.
