Primary interface with GoldSim users; resolve technical issues.
Develop and maintain customer-facing docs, training materials, and tutorials.
Collaborate with development for bug fixes; provide voice of the customer.
Lead training seminars in person or virtual; update training resources.
Assist Pre-Sales by demonstrating software to prospects with real examples.
Gather and apply customer feedback to influence product strategy with dev/product teams.

🎯 Requirements

Master’s degree in Engineering or related science.
5+ years’ experience using GoldSim software as a user.
Advanced knowledge of Monte Carlo methods and basic statistics.
Domain knowledge in mining, water resources, or environmental modeling.
Analytical troubleshooting and problem solving; proactive in identifying problems.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration; customer-centric attitude.
