Lead Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with domain experts to capture logic and model in the dimensional model.
• Define standards and structure of the dimensional model in dbt.
• Lead the enterprise semantic layer design for analytics use cases.
• Guide the team on dimensional modeling and semantic layer best practices.
• Lead cross-functional projects to scale and improve analytics transformations.
• Ensure analytics platform governance, data quality, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Central role establishing dimensional modeling and a semantic layer at enterprise scale.
• 6+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years SQL experience transforming and modeling data at scale.
• 4+ years building dimensional models using dbt.
• 4+ years designing semantic layers with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• 1+ years people management experience (for people manager roles).
