๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own Exec Ed contact strategy analytics; measure performance on registrations and enrollment.
  • Analyze comms sequencing across Exec Ed; identify touchpoints, timing, and messaging that drive conversions.
  • Build and maintain a contact strategy framework across programs and cohorts.
  • Partner with the CRM and Contact Strategy teams to translate findings into improvements.
  • Report contact strategy performance to Director and senior leadership with recommendations.
  • Own the partner-facing reporting suite for Exec Ed; ensure accuracy and timeliness.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4-6 years of analytics experience; able to own workstreams end-to-end.
  • Portfolio-level or cross-program analytics experience.
  • Familiarity with contact strategy or CRM analytics; ability to build new frameworks.
  • Strong data storytelling skills; translate complex data into insights.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong data hygiene.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Tableau or Looker).
