Lead Analyst, Growth (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Lead experimentation in Growth; coach PMs on hypothesis, design, and metrics
• Model KPI impact and ROI to prioritize key experiments
• Build a clear growth metric framework across the funnel
• Identify growth opportunities and leading indicators early
• Create internal data products and self-serve dashboards/notebooks
• Translate insights into concise, exec-ready recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years in analytics/engineering/data science with impact
• Advanced SQL and modern analytics stacks (dbt, Databricks/Snowflake, Looker/Tableau)
• Experience designing/interpreting A/B or multivariate tests
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis
• Ability to model business impact and ROI
• Building scalable self-serve analytics tools (dashboards, notebooks, metric layers)
• Exceptional communication and storytelling to influence execs
• Cross-functional experience with Product, Marketing, and GTM in SaaS
