Lead Analyst, Advanced Analytics

📋 Description

• Generate payment reports and analyze payment data for insights.
• Provide regular updates to leadership, translating findings into business insights.
• Analyze payment performance, triage issues, and recommend solutions.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to evaluate payment strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payments data globally.
• Identify pain points and opportunities to improve end-to-end payments journey.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in business analytics with a quantitative degree; Masters/PhD a plus.
• Experience with Payments teams and payments risk domains (trust/safety, identity, fraud, compliance).
• Expert SQL and Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with causal inference methods, experimentation, and ML techniques.
• Schema design and high-dimensional data modeling; ETL (Airflow) knowledge.
• Strong communication and storytelling to translate analytics into actionable leadership insights.
