🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience with healthcare data (claims or clinical)
2+ years in value-based care
Proficiency with SQL and complex databases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication with stakeholders
Experience with modern data tools (dbt, Redshift, Snowflake, Looker)
