🎯 Requirements

- Proven track record owning cross-functional processes, tooling, and rhythms.
- Experience with AI-enabled product approaches across discovery, spec, analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with exec stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills; adept at building dashboards and KPIs.
