Lead AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with the CEO and exec team to turn ideas into production AI agents.
• Take ideas from concept to production with minimal oversight.
• Design and implement multi step agent based workflows (RAG, tool use, memory).
• Develop production grade AI systems using modern LLMs and orchestration.
• Operationalize AI with guardrails, monitoring, validation for reliability.
• Collaborate with Security and Legal on access controls and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of professional software engineering in cloud production systems.
• Proven AI in production: agent-based or multi step workflows (RAG, orchestration, memory).
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript with production grade code.
• Deep discipline in clean architecture, distributed systems, APIs, CI/CD, testing.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to translate ideas into scalable solutions.
