Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (video, phone, messaging) with a multidisciplinary team
Supervise APPs delivering care in a virtual environment and support their growth
Clinical escalation point for the care delivery team (APPs, RNs, MAs)
Support development of clinical guidelines and care model; collaborate with Operations & Product as clinical leader
Be accountable for the quality of care of your patients
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

Active Florida license in good standing; plus 3+ listed states
DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program
Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
5+ years in primary/urgent care; 1+ year in community-based/in-person care
