Lead Accountant, SEC Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead SEC filings under US GAAP and SOX.
• Prepare quarterly and annual filings: 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K.
• Coordinate disclosures with Legal, FP&A, HR, Tax, and Treasury.
• Support earnings release materials and non-GAAP reconciliations.
• Manage the SEC calendar and disclosure workflow.
• IPO readiness experience preferred; Form S-1.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years accounting experience.
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
• SEC reporting experience (10-Q/10-K/8-K).
• Hands-on disclosure drafting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP, SEC rules, SOX and internal controls.
• ERP experience (Sage Intacct) and advanced Excel.
