📋 Description

• Review monthly financial and tax documents for accuracy.
• Manage and mentor team members for high-quality output.
• Handle complex client communications, with 24-hour responses.

🎯 Requirements

Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting and project management
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (U.S.-based clients)
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)

Preferred:

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify is a plus)
• Exposure to project management or workflow tools
• Knowledge of sales tax software (e.g., Avalara)
• CPA certification or progress toward one
