LEA Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define and execute the GenAI visualisation and conversational analytics roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end development and integration of GenAI visualisation products.
• Leverage analytics to monitor user adoption, engagement and AI performance.
• Define standards for semantic models, retrieval strategies and change controls.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve GenAI visualisation performance.
• Enable governance and guardrails for safe, responsible AI use.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure capability meets organizational controls.
• Create product docs, end-user playbooks, and journey maps.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and scaling GenAI data products (front-end).
• 5-8 years in product management or consulting in financial services.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success shipping AI, data or ML products.
• Translate user needs and GenAI into clear technical specs.
• Deep understanding of analytics tools (Looker, Qlik, Tableau, Power-BI).
• Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering and client teams.
• Solid understanding of AI tech such as generative models and conversational systems.
