🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years healthcare-focused experience in CSM, PM, or client-facing roles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
- Strong project management instincts; ability to drive despite ambiguity
- Exposure to clinical or related workflows (RCM, CDI)
- Hybrid: 2 days/week in Boston or New York City
