📋 Description

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to implement Growth enablement strategy.
  • Build globally scalable, regionally adaptable programs.
  • Own Pipeline Generation enablement for Growth teams.
  • Lead onboarding and everboarding for Growth AEs/SDRs worldwide.
  • Align enablement with Field Ops, RevOps and Product Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in SaaS sales enablement or related roles.
  • Experience enabling Growth, Mid-Market, or SMB sales and SDRs.
  • Experience across AMER, EMEA, APJ regions.
  • Strong pipeline generation, value selling, qualification, and stage-based execution.
  • Partner with Field Ops, Revenue Ops, and GTM leadership to connect enablement with process.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication; ability to deliver live and virtual trainings.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Highspot, and LMS platforms (SalesHood, Skilljar).

🎁 Benefits

  • Zone 3 US pay range: 116,000 - 159,000 USD.
  • Zone 2 US pay range: 122,000 - 168,000 USD.
  • Zone 1 US pay range: 136,000 - 187,000 USD.
