📋 Description

• Onboard caregivers and patients with minimal supervision
• Document onboarding status and track progress
• Use Salesforce and TalkDesk for documentation and case management
• Pilot and refine Engagement and Intake in new markets
• Collaborate with Launch team and other departments for smooth launches
• Identify roadblocks and propose onboarding improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in consumer-facing role with high call volume
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Strong HIPAA/compliance awareness; state regulations
• Proactive, autonomous, with minimal supervision
• Excellent relationship-building with diverse stakeholders
• Strong time and priority management; can juggle multiple priorities
