  • Ensure launch and recovery systems and infrastructure are designed, maintained, and executed.
  • Collaborate with Starship/Falcon pad teams to optimize process health.
  • Identify high-risk refurb and operations processes; implement improvements.
  • Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
  • Maintain data-driven feedback to prioritize high-impact issues.
  • Participate in PDR/CDR; ensure DFQ/DFM, risk quantification, and NDE.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics
  • 1+ year in quality, manufacturing, or design engineering
  • Experience in high-volume electro-mechanical, mechanical, or composites production
  • Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, APQP, PFMEA, control plans knowledge
  • Able to pass Air Force background check
